We are a successful company supplying equipment to clients across the UK and are now seeking an Office Administrator to join our team ASAP, working 35 hours week Monday-Friday term time only and will pay £10p/h plus holiday accrual and free parking.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and busy team providing additional office support to ensure all works are completing in a timely manner
The main responsibilities of the role will be: –
Send out various documents including brochures, price lists or samples requested by requested by the telesales team.
Logging any new jobs onto the system
Print off all new jobs and create new folders.
Create & post out hard copy of quote proposals to customers.
Preparation of the daily post including the franking.
Updating the systems with any leads and amending when required.
Assisting customers internal as well as external with any queries regards to existing jobs.
Updating the systems with any lost quotes
Keeping the stationary up to date and completing any orders when stock is low.
Filing & archiving any documentation
You will be self-motivated, able to manage your own time, have excellent organisational skills, good communications skills and be confident dealing with internal and external customers.
To be successful as our Office Administrator role, you will have previous experience gained within an Administration role or be looking for a transfer into the Administration arena. You will be familiar with managing and prioritising your own workload and be organised. You should be PC literate to intermediate level in excel and have outstanding telephone-based customer service skills.
