They are looking for a professional candidate with customer services and office administration experience, to join them on a permanent basis, to perform a varied and interesting Office Administrator role.
Office Administrator – Duties and More Info:
The Office Administrator core purpose is to ensure the office runs effectively (that the phones are answered promptly, the facilities are maintained to a high standard, post is well managed etc). However, the role does not end there; in addition, the Office Administrator will support the HR, Marketing, Sales and Professional Services teams with any administrative tasks needed, giving the Office Administrator a great insight into different departments and how they function, along with lots of variety in the role. Duties include;
Office coordination – including answering incoming calls, arranging visitor passes, managing the facilities and office supplies etc.
Supporting Sales and Marketing with admin tasks including preparing materials for exhibitions and sending out merchandising material as well as supporting data tasks.
Supporting People and Culture (HR Function) with any HR administration including creating welcome packs for new starters.
Supporting Professional Services including calling customers to book in training, dealing with customer surveys via the CRM and collecting statistics and data.
Office Administrator – Over to you!
This role would suit a candidate with previous customer services and administration experience in an office environment.
The role gives a great insight into all areas of an exciting, growing business and the ideal candidate will be keen to learn, with outstanding personal and communication skills as well as a great attitude!
A*-C grades in GCSE for Maths and English (or equivalent) is the minimum education required, with education to A-Level standard preferred.
Strong IT skills including Word and Excel are required, along with an ability to manage own workload and strong organisational skills.
