A 50+ bedded elderly and dementia nursing home in the North Glasgow area, currently requires an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work as Nursing Unit Manager on a permanent basis.

44 hours per week on a permanent basis
Day shifts only

As Nursing Unit Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within a small unit within in the home, along with managing and monitoring service delivery. You will lead and develop the care and nursing team, motivating the teams to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.

Applicants for this Nursing Unit Manager position should meet the following criteria:

Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
NMC Registered
Demonstrate proven elderly and dementia care experience
Confident leading, developing and motivating a team
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
