Logistics and Installation Manager.

Your role as a logistics and installation manager is to organise the storage and distribution of goods. You'll ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost for the installation teams. You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

Post-installation, you will be responsible for ensuring that all required documents and photos are returned to the office and checked for accuracy.

Responsibilities

As a logistics and installation manager, you'll need to:

* use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs

* use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements

* manage installation teams and their daily workload

* liaise and negotiate with installers and suppliers

* continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures

* implement health and safety procedures for the installation teams

* motivate other members of the team

* plan and manage projects

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent.

Salary

Salary will range from £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however we do expect candidates to be flexible if required

Experience

* Logistics: 1 Year (preferred)

* Management: 1 Year (preferred)
