Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator commutable to Kidderminster to support a local IT company within their services and scheduling team.

This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a busy office environment and be confident with expediting and dealing with customer queries.

The work is office based within the company's HQ in Kidderminster.
ALL candidates will need to be happy and willing to work Monday to Friday on a 3-month contract basis. (Possibility of extension).

Contract duration: 3 months
Pay: £105 per day via Umbrella company (8 hr working day)
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm

Responsibilities and requirements:

Utilising internal company system to check status of kit orders
Checking kit orders have arrived when stated
Rescheduling any failed deliveries
Provide customers with solutions and updates regarding status of order
Deal with a range of service related calls including escalations and queries
Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.
The candidate:

Must have excellent communication skills and previous service agent experience
Must have strong background within administration
Strong customer service skills and ability to provide solutions within a timely manner
Must live within 45 mins of Kidderminster, to be able to get to the office daily
