Fantastic opportunity to work with an Aerospace logistics company in Basingstoke as an Order Entry Administrator.
Located southwest of London, the Basingstoke site is a major repair facility for Aerospace avionics products. The site, which serves both military and commercial customers, performs about 7,500 repairs each year.

The Role:
• Part of the operations team who provide administrative support to Honeywell Aerospace.
• You will be responsible for shipping customers repair orders using the SAP system.
• Working closely with the customer the team is an integral part of the operation.
• Resolving and escalating customer process holds.
• Dealing with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Following standard operating procedures to provide a high-quality service.
• Comply with all company policies, including health and safety.

Shift:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

The Person:
• Experience/Knowledge of SAP – Ideal not essential.
• PC Literate-Good outlook and excel skills.
• Strong communicative and written English Skills. Knowledge of export compliance an advantage but not essential.
• Customer service excellence.
