Lettings Administrator (Maintenance Department)

A great opportunity to join a lettings team that are responsible for a private residential portfolio of over 500 properties.

Job Description/Typical Tasks:

– Manage the maintenance department of our lettings team

– Liaise between tenants, landlords and contractors when works are required

– Visiting properties to assess works required and jobs upon completion

– Arranging gas safety / electrical checks on behalf of Landlords

Essential skills/qualifications:

– Full clean UK driving license

– Good communication skills face-to-face, written and on the telephone

– A practical individual with a general understanding of property maintenance

– Lettings experience


– Experience working within the private residential sector or property maintenance sector – (although this is not essential)

– Client / customer focused

– Ambitious and driven, embracing new challenges and responsibilities

– Good organisation and time management skills

– Ability to work under pressure

Working Hours: 9am – 5:30pm 5 days a week including one in four Saturdays 9am -5pm

Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
