Our client is an industry celebrated law firm committed to delivering the highest standard of legal advice for their clients. They are a progressive, people-orientated law firm that look at the bigger picture and understand the immediate need is part of a complex whole. They are seeking a Legal Assistant for dispute resolution.
Location:             Southampton
Salary:                 Up to £23k depending on experience    
In this role your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Real Estate Disputes team. Through internal and external client service, teamwork, initiative, communication and self-management act as an ambassador for the Department and firm at all times.                          

Our ideal applicant will have/be;   

A good team player willing to work cooperatively with others.
Good organisation with strong administration skills.
Common sense, practical approach to problem solving.
Able to produce a large quantity of work and complete tasks to strict deadlines.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Some experience of case management systems would be desirable.
Excellent internal stakeholder and client handling skills.
Confident telephone skills.
The ability to work under pressure.
An interest in conveyancing desirable.
