Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our team, based in the North West region (Knowsley).  You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £21,315 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Learning & Development Administrator, you will provide an efficient administrative support service to the L&D team.

Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Administrator will include: 

Assist other L&D team members in responding to queries and instruction from Managers

Respond to all emails in relation to L&D training wellbeing activities

Diarise and arrange meetings and other appointments, including room bookings, equipment requirements and ordering refreshments

Compile, update and maintain manual and computerised information records

Annual training plan, training trackers and personal records

Answer telephone queries, taking messages and redirecting calls

Accurately produce a variety of documents

Photocopy and distribute documentation

Provide assistance with the production and retrieval of Management information accurately

Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages

What we are looking for in our ideal Learning & Development Administrator:

A good level of education, strong administration experience along with good IT literacy including Outlook, Word & Excel. A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you’ll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines, and provide an outstanding L&D administration service to the business.
