Our client in the Media space has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a Business Transformation Project Team. The purpose of this role is to support delivery of Transformation Projects alongside the Chief Transformation Officer and PMO team. To ensure that initiative project plans are adhered to and health is accurately reported as well as ensuring that both reporting and presentation documents are produced with the highest quality for executive audiences.

Duties to include ( but not limited to ) :

Anticipate the needs of the PMO and proactively prepare the team for executive meetings and communications
Draft presentations and co-ordinate of data for the PMO
Capture meeting minutes, action items and ensuring completion of commitments
Ensure smooth management of PMO meetings 
Manage the diary of the PMO, co-ordinating meeting timings and updates
Liaise with the PMO team to adhere to project plans and meet deadlines
Ensure that initiatives are kept on target, with any roadblocks identified and clearly communicated to the PMO team
Provide administrative support to the PMO, organising meetings, preparing presentations, and developing communications
Provide support and regular status updates to the senior leadership team
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, action items, etc.
Help develop and implement a project management framework and methodology
Lead small ad hoc projects and support the PMO on elements of their projects 
Required Skills : 

Project management and/or project consulting experience
Ability to develop and manage project plan, status reports, and other key project management tools
Ability to proactively anticipate project and team needs
Proficient in Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
High attention to detail, including organisation and planning skills
Broadcast/media experience, background in consulting, business transformation, process optimisation, or change management experience
