Are you a proactive IT Support Technician looking to join a growing not for profit organisation? We are looking for a proactive Frontline IT support individual who is keen to and has experience providing face to face support to the entire business workforce up to c-suite level. Role: IT Support Technician

Location: Canary Wharf, Central London – we are flexible on home working, but we would prefer you to come into the office 3-4 days a week. 

Salary: £30k-£35k base plus great benefits (see below) 

Benefits: Flexible working, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Non-Contributory pension at 8% plus further contributions up to 12% based on employee contributions, BUPA Private Healthcare, Health Cash plan, Income protection, Life Assurance etc.

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience in a Face-to-face IT Support role.
We are in a constantly changing and evolving environment and are looking for a proactive individual who is keen to get involved in change and new technology implementations.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune Endpoint Manager/autopilot and Active Directory are all essential skills. 
Any experience working with SharePoint, Teams admin and mobile application support would be great.
