Are you an aspiring IT Support apprentice looking to start your career with an evolving company?
Evoke have been at the forefront of interactive digital technology since 2003 and work with some of the world’s biggest brands designing and manufacturing the latest in self-service solutions.
They are now looking for a hardworking and motivated apprentice to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st Line support for all customer issues raised via telephone or email
* Creation of support tickets on Google docs and in help desk systems
* Communication to customers, 2nd line support and field engineers
* Provide a professional response to customers in a timely manner
* Escalation and management of issues to 2nd line support
* The organisation of replacement hardware with the operations team.
* Awareness of SLA’s when resolving issues
* Maintenance of a knowledge base
* Provide support to the operations team during kiosk installations
* Proactively monitor the health of kiosk installations
* Preparing documents, helpdesk reports and correspondence as required
* Performing administrative support duties, as required, to meet specific operational objectives
* Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as requested by Head of departments
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by Evoke Creative and Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
* Strong communication skills
* Authority and confidence in own decisions
* Ability to meet targets and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
* Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships at all levels both internal and external to the company
* Willingness to learn and adapt is essential
* Passion for IT
* A driving license would be beneficial
* GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths or equivalent is required for this role.
Salary, Hours & Holidays:
* £15,000 per annum, salary based upon experience
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
* Occasional early Friday finish depending on work completed
* 38 hours per week
* 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program with the possibility of progression onto one of our level 4 programs.
