JOB TITLE: Internal Spares Co-Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
PAY RATE: £10p/h
DATE / TIMES: 08:30- 17:30 Monday to Friday with a 1 hr lunch
BENEFITS: TEMP TO PERM – 24 days holiday (3 days of which are fixed for Xmas) 5% pension (22 and over) HRGO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Internal Spares Co-Coordinator for a busy machine tool company. There is an opportunity for this to go permanent
Role & Responsibilities
This persons role would be liaising with customers/service department regarding deliveries of parts etc.
Quotations on excel and word.
Processing sales orders on SAGE200 (Training will be given).
Processing purchase orders.
Chasing suppliers on deliveries and working through situations where delivery times are not acceptable.
Confident using phones/emails and face to face meetings.
Applicants must be, punctual, hardworking and physical fit.
Capable of dealing with day to day admin/issues This is a fast-paced environment where applicants need to be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
