Interim Senior Reward Consultant
This role is responsible for delivering strategic and structural change. In this role, you will lead and drive strategic reward projects across the businesses. You will support and facilitate the rewards initiatives to take them the next level as part of the broader Reward function’s strategy.
Establish and leverage strong relationship, support projects both from a content and project management perspective.
Partner with and influence applicable stakeholders to support strategic alignment activities across Reward projects.
Proactively drive and manage projects relating to enhancements or changes to current reward programs, policies, and processes for immediate and long-term objectives, ensuring our programs and practices remain innovative, leading-edge, efficient, and effective.
Leverage data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of our reward solutions.
Managing ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities, and being comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment
Being a fast learner, picking things up quickly
Structuring, sequencing and prioritising work
Developing compelling content, synthesising key messages and required decisions
Influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Translating thinking into action, acting independently and driving progress
