To support the Insight Manager with the collation of information and coordination of projects to facilitate better understanding of consumers, and to generate actionable insight which internal teams and our customers will use to drive category and business growth.
Alongside the Insight Manager, help scope and co-ordinate primary research to drive consumer understanding. Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure research objectives are met and projects are delivered on time.
Use a broad range of secondary data and insight sources to investigate macro trends and other strategic areas of interest to shape thinking and build a compelling narrative to support strategic workstreams.
Engage with consumers in-store (as appropriate) and through relevant online platforms (One Pulse/ FBH community) to better understand attitudes and behaviour and inform strategic thinking
Support the Insight Manager in summarising and cascading new insight to internal teams, and externally to customers as required, through reports, presentations, and meetings. Ensure all insight is easily accessible.
Support the Insight Manager in developing credible consumer-centric rationale to support the category, product development and strategic project teams.

What we’re looking for
A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant discipline
Enthusiasm and desire to learn about our industry, shoppers and consumers, with a natural curiosity for understanding people
Familiarity with different research techniques and information sources
Ability to review and concisely summarise information from multiple sources and pull out key points.
Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Good presentation skills to all levels
Experience of working in a retail environment, or with multiple retail customers
Experience of accessing customer/consumer data sources
