Do you have human resources experience, and are seeking a new job in the West Midlands? Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager to work on a hybrid basis; it will be primarily remote with 1 day a week in their office in Telford. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. £45,000 – £50,000.

As an HR Manager, you will work across a range of activities within a challenging and fast paced environment. You will act as a sounding board for people, be a coach to employees and leaders, offer support and advice and drive HR projects and initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple HR cases, including Sickness Absence, Performance Management and Probation cases, Disciplinary, Grievance or other Dispute issues
Daily use of HR data to understand the alignment of people and business priorities and identify where change/improvement can bring business and HR benefit
Management, administration, and coordination of the Performance Cycle process for the Market Unit
Management Information reporting to identify trends and solutions to business challenges
