Connect Appointments are recruiting an HR Assistant to join our Teesside based client on a full-time basis. Our client is one of the leading mental health charities in the Teesside/Middlesbrough area. It is their mission to ensure that everyone in their local area has good mental health.
As an HR Assistant, your role will be centred around managing people across all areas of the business. Performing tasks such as:
Providing administration support (holiday requests, absences, exit interviews)
Maintaining HR records and systems
Manage the staffing relationship with recruitment agencies
Responsible for recruiting and hiring new staff
Assist in the management of employee benefit scheme
Other general admin dutiesAs a HR Assistant, you will ideally be qualified to a minimum of level 3 CIPD with previous HR or people management skills and have proven administration and organisational skills.
Other key skills and experience include:
Superb communication skills
Experience in dealing with challenging individuals
The ability to build a rapport quickly
Excellent attention to detailWorking hours for this Human Resource Assistant role are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Paid at £23,000 to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
