Starting 6th January based in Edgbaston with free parking.

Working in a busy customer services team office based 2 days from home once trained.

Taking calls and written correspondence and helping out the client with their query in a calm empathetic way with regards to the clinets experiences in the Hospitality and Customer Srevices area

Resolving any issues and providing first class customer care written and spoken using Zen desk- training given.

Full training will be given here you must have good IT skills including letter writing and live chat.

You will need to have good Wi-Fi at home as its working from home for two days per week lap top provided.

The team are amazing the most lovely client to work for the offices are high tech ultra-modern and they make everyone welcome and integrate into the team as their team.
