* Working at the heart of the business on a fast-paced operations Helpdesk.

* Proactively scheduling, organising and assisting a team of electricians nationwide.

* Ensure contractual deadlines are met.

* Responsible for organising and maintaining a diary system for all engineers.

* Being the first point of contact for both internal and external customers/ Develop and maintain customer relationships.

* Dealing with customer and supplier queries.

* Managing customer communications across a wide client base.

* Being the primary contact for all contracts.

* Seeing a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance electrical works through from start to finish.

* Providing customer quotations.

* Ordering materials.

* Carrying out data entry and word processing duties on both internal and external databases and software.

* Providing administration assistance to the operations and contracts supervisors and managers.

* Answering incoming calls from suppliers, clients and field staff; distributing to the correct department if necessary.

* Providing Holiday/Absence cover in relation to invoicing.

* Our Help Desk Team are all trained Customer Services personnel. They are there to help and support our engineers at all times but it doesn’t stop there!

* The Help Desk Team are also available to deal with all customer queries. They are a great team, empathetic, positive and above all knowledgeable – if they don’t know the answer then they know a man or woman that does. Listening to our customers and pinpointing what they need to get the job done efficiently with minimal disruption and confidence in our technical ability to provide a cost effective total electrical compliance solution is a tall order.
