Within this role, you will be responsible for the planning & delivering of technical training and ‘Functional Skills’ in compliance with both Manufacturer and Awarding Body Schemes of Work. Further, you will plan, implement and manage welfare and learner review visits to specified quality standards and periodicity.
Other duties will include:
* Assessing candidate progress in accordance with the agreed SVQ, Core Skills, Key Skills & VRQ Awarding Body (SQA, IMI or C&G) standards of competence using a range of assessment methods.
* Logging trainer progress electronically or manually with portfolio evidence to ensure timely, accurate recordings of the assessments of learner progression.
* Monitoring issues affecting an individual learner’s Welfare and Health & Safety in the training environment and their workplace.
* Monitoring issues and updating the Individual Learning Plans to ensure timely, accurate learner progression, maintaining focus on learner objectives
