We are excited to bring this newly created role as Head of Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) to market. Working in a business that is busier than it has ever been, this role will be critical in ensuring it can meet its strategic goals by attracting and securing the best talent possible.
Working to deliver talent to a high volume of vacancies in the business, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of introducing innovative recruitment solutions, introducing an ATS, and using various social media platforms to attract candidates and promote the business's EVP.
As the first point of contact with many applicants, this role will be the virtual face of the business, and delivering exceptional customer experience – even to those you are not progressing – will be key.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing the recruitment strategy
Design and deliver recruitment campaigns for the business
Continually map the market and understand movements in personnel, salary benchmarking, reward packages offered, etc.
Lead the team of Recruitment Advisors to continually develop capability and ensure consistency of approach
Manage the recruitment budget
Manage, review and improve all recruitment and talent acquisition SLA's, processes, and policies
Work to maximize the data, understand trends, and conduct analysis using the ATS
Manage and promote the business with all 3rd party suppliers This is an exciting role for a proven Recruiter who is seeking team management experience and a balance between the operational and strategic elements of talent attraction
