Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Product Design – Warwickshire – £26K-32K
My client is looking for an exceptional Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their ever-growing product design consultancy based in the Warwickshire area.
Main Duties:
+ Conducting 3D CAD of innovative and high-end products
+ Substantiation of design via mechanical analysis
+ Rapid prototyping and testing
+ Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., electronics and software)
+ Be a creative problem-solver, able to generate innovative solutions to engineering problems
Skills and Experience required:
+ You will need a 1st or Upper 2nd degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline from a Russell Group University
+ An A or above in Mathematics and Physics at A-Levels
+ At least 2 years’ industry experience
+ You should be able to combine academic excellence with a natural engineering intuition and a genuine interest in product development
+ Experience working in a product design consultancy would be highly desirable
The salary will be between £28,000 – £32,000, with the company able to offer more for exceptional candidates. The company also offer hybrid working, two discretionary bonuses, overtime pay, and profit-related pay schemes, as well as on-the-job career development programmes.
