We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global People Operations and Enablement team. You will manage commitments and outcomes that directly impact the experiences of all the people in our organization.

What you will do

As the Global Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management, planning and execution of learning and development solutions – maintaining the current offering as well as developing and growing future opportunities. You will work closely with the whole People Operations and Enablement team and across the People Success community and wider leadership and executive teams. You will:

Lead the delivery of our global people development programs – including onboarding, early professionals, personal and interpersonal skills development, leadership development and DEI and wellbeing.

Work with business functions to design and deliver enablement programs that support business success – including identifying employee and business issues that require new approaches in the development of solutions.

Lead DEI and wellbeing initiatives that look after the mental, physical and social wellbeing of our employees – programs such as Fit4U, our mental health network, womens’ network, D4U ambassadors’ network.

Communicate L&D initiatives within the business so that they are known, understood and adopted.

*

Drive engagement and participation in our Leaders Community.

Contribute to the creation of an extraordinary environment for our people through the design and execution of the events and activities in our People Enablement team, enabling us to enhance and retain talent.

Determine and coordinate events and activities, sometimes delivering and running workshops, training events, webinars, external trainings across all learning and development areas.

*

Contribute to the design and maintenance of the online people platforms (internal) including content creation.

*

Lead by example and promote the use of internal communication channels and productivity tools including Microsoft Yammer and Teams.

Report on L&D activities and budget to leadership team, quarterly and ad hoc

*

Ad hoc duties and projects, as and when required by the business
