No formal qualifications are required, however, DIY or previous similar experience would be advantageous
You will have good written and verbal literacy and numeracy skills
General knowledge of building trades would be advantageous

Be resilient, reliable and manage timekeeping
Your key activities will be focused on the assembly and completion of Modular houses. A high level of flexibility will be required within this role to achieve the full requirements of modular assembly.
This will encompass assembly operations, material control / movement and process verification throughout the staged build of the product. A high level of engagement and contribution in the continuous improvement of the production system will be required to ensure both the product and process are optimised to the highest standards You will also actively collaborate across Production, Engineering and Logistics to ensure the delivery of the highest quality modules to time.
