Are you currently a Finance Office Manager or a Finance Administrator who is the go to person in the office for all things Finance and Admin looking for a new role with a company that develop and reward staff well? Robert Walters are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Birkenhead who are recruiting a Finance Office Manager, this is a new role to support year on year growth.
The main purpose of the Finance Office Manager is to ensure the accurate an timely processing of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledge and Payroll as well as supporting the wider team with general administration.
Speaking to suppliers and dealing with queries
Payroll data input
Keying in and checking employee expenses
Cashflow and chasing payment
Managing stock and packaging spreadsheets
Liasing with engineers regarding repairs and servicing
Ordering materials and tracking orders
Supporting two Financial Controllers
Experience and skills required:
Finance Administration experience essential
Experience in a Finance Office Manager role desirable
Extremely organised and proactive approach
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Good Excel skills
This role is office based at the companies Birkenhead site
