Finance Business Partner Management Accountant // Manchester // up to £42,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join a very highly regarded and leading Manchester employer in the role of Finance Business partner / Management Accountant.

This role will offer huge variety and exposure and the successful candidate will be business partnering with multiple, very different business units to provide operational and strategic financial support. If you like to build relationships with a really diverse group of stakeholders, and be involved with a range of entities of different scale and nature, this could be just the exciting role for you!

Although it is a FTC role, there will be the opportunity to have internal access to other fantastic opportunities once this role ends – this employer is huge and has a global prescience.


Business partner for significant entities, providing operational and strategic support on all financial matters reporting to Head of Finance
Monthly management accounts, supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes alongside analysis of performance to assist budget holdersExperience and skills:

Qualified / finalist of QBE with significant relevant experience
Experience in a financial role in a large, complex business /organisation
Significant experience of working in an accounts preparation role with strong analytical skills and delivering an exceptional customer service to stakeholders
Ability to manage, develop and motivate
Excellent financial analysis and interpretive skills, with ability to grasp the detail, as well as the overall picture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior colleagues including those without financial expertise
Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly; working well within a team and under own initiative
