CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for our site based in Uxbridge.


To provide exceptional Operational & Customer service and comprehensive administrative services to the client and the contract. In order to be successful in the role it is key that the facilities Coordinator understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standards.


Helpdesk: including but not limited to; Manage and oversee FMP Maintenance PPM System: Log all Service Requests (SR'S), Log all Work Orders (WO's), provide all PPM's to the engineers, liaise with the engineers to gain updates on jobs and ensure all works are completed and signed off on FMP within the allocated timescales.
Co-ordinate service visits with 3rd party contractors to ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to and ensure that any arising works are actioned accordingly.
Contractor Management – ensuring the CBRE permit and Contractor Management process is adhered to and permits completed
Support with monthly account meetings with the FM and contractor account managers as part of the governance process.
Obtaining supplier quotes
Support for AV in meeting rooms
Regularly monitor relevant QHSE and FMP reports to ensure that KPI's are being metFinance

Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
Raising Purchase Orders, Billing, Invoicing and dealing with queries, Aged Debt, & WIP.
Ad-hoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.
Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized.Experience & Knowledge

Experience in a customer-facing role

Ability to prioritise workloads effectively to ensure that tight deadlines are met and actions are followed through to successful completion.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Experience of using Lync (switchboard system) is desirable.
