Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Database Manager/ Administrator to join our team, based in the North West region (Knowsley). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £46,000 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Database Manager/ Administrator, you will develop and manage change on a wider scale to support change and ensure continuity of business processes.
Responsibilities of the Database Manager/ Administrator will include:
Owning the database layer of all production, test and dev instances
Ensure availability, integrity and security of the data
Propose and implement change according to best practice
Work closely with product owners, securing knowledge of the data and how
it is created and used, ensuring the database schemas and processes are performant and created adhering to best practice
Understanding and taking ownership for all integrations of other software and processes that interact with the database layer
Support the wider business and assist in requests of the database and processes
What we are looking for in our ideal Database Manager/ Administrator:
Competency in all aspects of a database management/ administration with MS SQL Server including backups, DR, performance monitoring and optimisation, replication, security, and issue resolution
Experience with Dynamics CRM (Desirable)
Experience with Azure solutions – AzureDB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse etc. (Desirable)
Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet requirements
Experience of implementing change
Professional proactive, enthusiastic, and determined

Methodical in approach to problem solving
Friendly and patient manner with all customers
