Customer Service Assistant – Stonehouse – Permanent – Salary up to £19,000 – 37.5 hour week – 9 til 5- Monday to Friday
Our Client is a large Distribution company who are looking to grow their current Customer Service team due to high demand in their products. This is an exciting time to be joining.
The role as Customer Service Assistant will involve;
Receive a large number of incoming calls as a first point of call in to the business
Direct calls to other departments if necessary
Place orders via telephone, fax or email
Input orders efficiently and accurately
Liaise with other departments to ensure products are dispatched and delivered on time
Reception cover (adhoc)
