We are currently recruiting for customer service & sales assistants for our market leading waste management company.
Executives will be responsible for communicating directly with potential customers generating and supporting new business sales. This may include chasing in progress orders in order to bring the sale to a conclusion, booking appointments for field sales executives to generate new business and direct selling via the contact centre.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes;
* Ability to work at speed whilst retaining data accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Articulate with an ability to communicate both verbally and written
* Be resilient and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise and manage workload effectively
Previous experience in a sales environment is highly advantageous. The project is initially 2-3 months, however there may be additional opportunities
