A background in customer service is beneficial but not essential. All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them. We'll need you answering calls when our customers need us, you'll work 35 hours per week between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 2pm on Saturdays. Your shifts may vary week on week, we'll ensure you know your shift pattern at least 4 weeks in advance. You'll also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

You'll be able to travel to our Edinburgh office for induction training and for the first 4 weeks live in role. Then you'll have the flexibility to work from home remotely as well as working in the office. Spending around 60% of your time working from home on a weekly basis.

If working remotely is new to you, don't worry, we'll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work that allows you to focus on our customers without distraction

We'll pay you £19,000 from day one, with the potential to increase to £21,000 after 12 months when you're able to help more customers in more ways. Other benefits include an annual award based on company performance (10% on target), an extra 4% of your salary to spend on flexible benefits each year, a company pension scheme and 22 days holidays (plus bank holidays).
