Start Date: 24th May 2021
Shifts: Between 8.30am – 20.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 18.30pm Saturday & 10am – 16.00pm Sunday

A fantastic broadband provider based in Rotherham are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team, to provide support for their growing customer base, taking care of every customer that you deal with and ensuring a 'right first time' resolution for the customer.
Provide outstanding service to the customers.
Handling customer's enquiries covering billing and payments, account updates and changes and delivering on updates and resolving.
Making changes to customer accounts
Placing new orders from sales enquiries also upgrades from existing customers.
Communication with the team is key to prioritise and share best practices.

An understanding of ADSL, Fibre, networking, and associated technologies
Customer service background is essential.
A friendly, positive attitude
Strong work ethic and flexibility around a shift rota to support the business needs.
