Working for a legal services company based just outside Wakefield Town Centre, with car parking, good training and a welcoming environment.
The role –
Incoming calls from customers referred by insurance companines requesting legal advice and consultation from their claim. Nothig cold, no selling or sales and just requiring the ability to connect with empathy with the customer.
Inputting customer data onto the bespoke database and support administration,
The role is permanent and the hours are either 20 per week part time or 39 per week full time.
Shifts are – 9 – 5pm then 1030am – 7pm and 1230 pm – 9pm (full time)
