A long standing client of ours is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a Full time, permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm and is based in Crawley.
In this varied role you will be working as part of a friendly team and day to day you will be providing excellent customer service to businesses and customers. This will be via telephone, email and some social media so excellent communication skills is necessary.
We are looking for people with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of providing first class customer service.
