We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large warehouse and distribution company based on the outskirts of Andover.

Job Description:

* Managing the processing and administration of orders

* Maintaining quality records and monitor stock

* Dealing with and follow-up on customer complaints

* Taking inbound calls

* Data entry

* Client liaison via phone, email and in person

* General administrative duties

The successful candidate will have the following:

* Customer service experience, with a professional telephone manner

* Highly organised, with good organisational skills

* Excellent communication both verbal and written

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Enjoy problem solving and work well within a team

* Be highly proficient in MS Excel & Word

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
