We have positions going as a Call Handler as part of the Covid Campaign
Full time hours – 37.5 hour per week 
Start date from the 25th November

We are currently recruiting for our Outsourcing Client; this is supporting on a Government campaign in relation to covid-19 cases.

You will be required to have your own equipment for this role – it must be a Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer. Mac or Google systems are not compatible and cannot be used. You will also need a headset to communicate through your laptop with.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience within customer service – this doesn't have to be contact centre experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT experience
Committed candidates for a long term role
Hours of work – 
Monday to Sunday between 7am-11pm
You must be able to work 37.5 hours per week – you have to be fully flexible to work any shift you're asked between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday (you will receive a weeks rota in advance)
Will include some weekendsPay rate – 
£8.95 per hour – paid weekly
Paid holiday's once accrued
This is an ongoing temporary role for roughly 3 months with potential to extend following this period dependant on business needs. We are looking for committed candidates who are looking to develop their career within customer service.
