Job title: Customer Service administrator
* Location: Home based, travel to our office in Chandlers Ford
* Salary: £20,000
What you’ll be doing
In this role you will ensure that all orders are progressed in a pro-active and efficient timely way, meeting SLAs. This is a highly pressurised working environment.
* First and foremost, you’ll be living and breathing the Digital Wholesale Solutions philosophy of ‘excellence in customer service’ and providing a best in-class service to our partners and internal colleagues
* Supporting the team with a variety of administration tasks including, but not limited to; data order processing, data cease processing, preparation, and ongoing monitoring of team rotas, monitoring of team task queue and ad-hoc reporting
* In addition, you will be supporting the team with telephone cover during peak or busy periods and monitoring of departmental email inboxes
* Fully immerse yourself as a team player in this team and the wider DWS team, and this means helping others when required and you might be asked to help with ad-hoc things from time to time, such as projects or work-related ‘stuff
