Our client based in St Neots is looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a 6 month contract.

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will need a good communication skills, numeric (preferably from an accounts background), can-do attitude, good attention to detail and IT literate.

The duties for Customer Service Administrator will include maintaining relationships with customers, whilst dealing with outstanding cash reduction. The role will be liaising with, on average, approximately 50 customers per day.

The Customer Service Administrator role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. £10.10 per hour.
