Customer Sales Advisor (Retail) – Permanent Contract to start December 2022
Salary: £22,054 per annum (plus a company bonus scheme and additional benefits)
Location: Hall Green, Birmingham (B28)
Hours of Work: Working 5 days out of 7 – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (including weekend hours on a rota basis)

Duties:

Provide a high level of customer service at all times to existing customers, and potential new customers
Converting sales enquiries and maintaining site standards
Selling storage space to customers, ensuring the customer has all relevant information to make an informed decision, explaining features, benefits, and pricing solutions
Achieve sales targets by maximising all sales opportunities, including responding to customer enquiries, overcoming objections, upselling products, services, and closing sales where possible
Dealing with customer enquiries
Administration tasks, including completing customer contracts, and debt chasing when required
Liaising with removals contractors, updating the removals calendar
Maintaining site cleanliness, keeping it presentable and organised for customers who come on-site
Assisting all customers on-site with any issues or queries they may have
Complete petty cash float checks on a daily basis. Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit, and BACS payments
Candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Previous experience within the retail sector is highly desirable
Previous experience working within sales is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Confident
Comfortable selling and promoting a product and service
Self-motivated and can manage their time effectively
