Location: This position will be Hybrid and allow you to work part-time at home and part-time in the office

Hours of work: Core working hours Monday to Friday

Salary £22000 – £23.000 (pro-rata) plus an opportunity to earn an additional bonus of up to 10%

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established business that is based in Portsmouth. Due to changes within the business, our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join the business

As a Customer Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with all-round enquiries from point of contact through to delivery and anything in between. This will be for both new and existing customers, working closely with the project management team, you are responsible for the end-to-end customer journey for strong performers, the role provides a career path towards supervisory or project-related opportunities and qualifications
As a Customer Coordinator / Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsible for taking calls and responding to emailed enquiries from new and existing customers
Responding to customers enquiries with professionalism
Processing customers requests using the internal system
Instructing third parties both internally abs externally where they are required to assist with each enquiry
Project coordination of the requirements, overseeing and following up with third parties to ensure that deadlines are met
Liaising with the customer to keep them updated m manage expectations and infirm of any issues/delays should they arise
Coordination of multiple orders/ requests at any one time
Working to agreed timescales, budgets and quality controls and highlighting risk of failure
Supporting the Projects Team both in meetings and with data and reports
Challenging updates and raising escalations
Focus on delivery to revenue targets including ownership of customer invoicing
Supporting finance with debt management/credit control activity such as suspension of services if necessary
Billing updates
Ensuring that data is accurate. updated and legal documentation is attached to records
Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure sales verification and compliance
Provide excellent customer service at all times

The ideal care coordinator / Project Coordinator will have /be

Able to manage and prioritise time and workloads
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Will be methodical
Able to manage multiple enquiries/projects at any one time
Able to multitask
Worked in a position where you have managed multiple tasks and assisted customers from enquiry through to completion
Experience and success in working to
Highly articulate and presentable with the ability to adjust behaviour and language as appropriate for the needs of different situations, polite and courteous at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solution and quality-focused individual, flexible and dynamic approach to problem-solving
Resilient and responsive to change, operating within a fast-paced business telecommunications environment
Positive attitude with a diplomatic approach to working with others
