Customer Care Coordinator – 6 month contract – Winchester

Introduction

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable National House Builder for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract.

This position offers the opportunity for flexible working from home 2 days a week as well as flexible hours as long as core hours are covered.

The Role:

– Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.

– Speak with customers to build relationships as well as discuss non-complex defects.

– Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed.

– Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and customer care operatives, scheduling works as required.

– Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.

– Take ownership of the homes covered and customer you work with, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.

– Log defects on the system accurately.

Key Skills:

– Customer Care experience in the Housing/House Building industry.

– Excellent communication skills

– Excellent attention to detail
