IBP Are excited to be recruiting for a Compliance Administrator based in Thornaby. Your role will be to support the SHEQ department across the UK. Reporting into the SHEQ Manager, the role will involve building strong working relationships with the SHEQ Advisors, Compliance Coordinator and SHEQ Managers to support the businesses performance towards safe and compliant project delivery.  

What will your key responsibilities be?

Monitoring and responding from Shared Mailbox
Collating data on a monthly basis from external party’s
Support SHEQ Advisors with Administrative tasks
Preparing Memos and alert
Collating training registers
Maintaining the shared file structure
Taking meeting minutes and logging actions
Manage Subcontractor inductions and on boarding
What competencies are we looking for?

IT Literate, excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task
