Job Title: Purchasing Administrator
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 (D.O.E)

Summary Of Role
* Commitment to excellence and offering maximum flexibility in supporting a Procurement office.
* Assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.
* Develop full knowledge of our commercial processes and procedures on projects and apply best practice and continuous improvement approach to maximise returns in terms of profit.
Responsibilities of the Role
Ordering and maintenance of consumable stock levels
Process holiday, expenses and overtime claims as required
Review reports and chases outstanding jobs as required
Collating reports and timesheets to assist service delivery
