The Role
 
This is an opportunity to join a diverse, and supportive law firm offering excellent legal advice to commercial clients and high-end private individuals.
 
Due to the continued development and expansion of the Firm's Family Department, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is accredited as a child abduction solicitor. 
 
The successful individual will be responsible for developing an active caseload and join an expanding specialist family team who provides the highest quality of advice and representation across a diverse range of family law work. The successful candidate will need to have good knowledge of the legal aid scheme.
 
The Candidate

Accredited Child Abduction Solicitor
Extensive knowledge of the legal aid scheme
Passion to build own caseload
Strong technical skills
practical skills in communication, organisation and client relations
Ability to work collaboratively within a strong and supportive team

Competitive basic salary of up to £100,000 – dependent on experience
