Please note: In this position you'll occasionally be needed to work at weekends. However this is very rare and you will be compensated with additional pay.
In the Care Coordinator role you'll report to the Manager and will be primarily responsible for the day to day scheduling of care hours.
Specific tasks include:
Rotas, matching the right carers to the right clients to ensure consistency
Ensuring dignity, safety and confidentiality of all clients
This position is based in the company's Merseyside Liverpool office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are flexible within business hours.
To be the right person for Care Coordinator role you will need experience supporting elderly people within their own homes. As training is available, candidates without specific coordinating experience will be considered.
But you will need:
Passion, confidence and an eye for detail
To be IT literate
Clear communication skills

The basic salary for the Care Coordinator role is up to £21,000 per annum. You can also earn overtime in this role.
