Minimum Requirements:

Undertake a full review of HR processes
Apply a structured business analysis approach and methodology for capturing processes and recording them
Elicit the tactical and strategic HR Transformation goals that provide traceability through the organisation and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance
Through process analysis and modelling define strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organisational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes
Using analysis define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data
Work with our Change Management experts to understand and manage opportunities, impacts and risks of any new change management initiative
Using business architecture and analysis techniques provide data and fact-led intelligence into the HR Transformation Programme and Business Case activities required to successfully deliver the HR strategy
