Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Manchester (Remote for the first 6 months)
Salary: up to £23,000 with no experience, £25k with some experience

For the first six months, the role will be remotely based, before joining a fantastic office and culture in the centre of Manchester after this interim period – though flexible working options will remain.

Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of up to £23k with no experience, £25k with
OTE/Commission taking your total package up to £35k+

Business Development Executive Role:

Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company and its offering in order to develop new business relationships and promote its message
Strategically generate leads and schedule new business meetings with prospective customers
Meet and exceed minimum KPIs in terms of conversion rates, activity and completely registrations
Closely liaise with internal departments and senior external figures on behalf of your clients to ensure maximum satisfaction
Respond promptly to all customer enquiries, handling and resolving issues at enquiry stages
Business Development Executive:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis, and have a high emotional intelligence
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
