£23,000 – 25,000 (Y1 OTE £33k+) + uncapped commission + progression + 25 days holiday + private healthcare + 8% pension

Are you from a B2B sales background, looking to fast track your sales career with a company which offers unlimited earning potential, where you could be taking home up to £120,000 a year (top earner last year out of a team of 10), within a company which places huge value on it's employees?

You will be contacting pre-generated leads from an internal database, bringing in new business for the company, whilst earning yourself generous commission, with a clear career pathway where you can quickly move into an Accounts Manager position, whilst getting up to a 1k increase on your base salary each quarter, for hitting attainable KPI's?

On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist telecoms distributer who are growing year on year, and looking for a new Sales executive, to share in their success. You will be responsible for chasing leads from their database, and actively negotiating new business opportunities. Once you have built up a customer base, you could move into an account management position, where you will primarily be sustaining strong customer relationships, with huge earning potential.

You will have potential for pay and role progression through a variety of avenues, dependent on hitting realistic KPI targets, and developing / maintaining customer relationships.

The role:

Promote and sell the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel within a diverse portfolio of companies, via telesales calls
Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into spending accounts
Maintaining excellent relationships with all onboarded customers, to ensure sustained businessThe person:
