Experienced Business Analyst required for a long term contract opportunity based in Gaydon.

Ideal candidate will have strong BA experience within a manufacturing environment.

5+ years in manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential

Engineering and Manufacturing product development experience is preferred.

Duration: 6 Month Rolling Contract +

Location: Gaydon / Hybrid role 2/3 days on site

Position Description:

JEA Vehicle Programme Business Analyst based within the upfront Digital (IT) delivery team

Skills Required:

* Requirements Capture Process Mapping

Experience Required:

* Proven Business Analyst with track record of delivery (ideally in the manufacturing environment)

* Methodical detailed approach to work context

* Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base

* Strong process mapping skills

* Structured analysis

* Ability to manage significant risks and issues

* Excellent communication skills Vendor management experience

* Ability to work to tight timescales

* Excellent attention to detail Formal Business Analyst Qualification Experience
