They are a well-established office who require an experienced  Business Admin assistant / Customer Service person to join our growing business in Teesside. They are looking to recruit two Business Admin apprentices. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Taking and fielding incoming phone calls including recording messages and inputting information onto CRM system.
Acting as a gatekeeper.
Admin Duties.
Ensure all filing is done promptly and accurately and that files are kept in order.
Assist with data entry onto our CRM systems.
Sort incoming sales reports and direct to relevant persons.
Send out daily mail including delivering to post office or post box when required.
Various project admin tasks as and when required.
Sales Support Duties.
Assist busy sales team with quotes and other secretarial duties.
Assist with lead generation including cold call telemarketing to acquire sales leads and appointments as required.
Social Media updates as required.
Executive Assistant Duties.
Work closely with senior management as and when required to provide administrative support. You'll help a manager to make the best use of their time by dealing with administrative tasks.

Other Duties:

As expected in a small business there may be other reasonable duties expected not covered in the above points. Successful candidate must be flexible.
